youtube embed not showing in IE

Hi, I have embeded a Youtube video and it works fine on Chrome, Firefox & Opera. The problem is that the video player only shows as a thin, horizontal, line in IE (even in compatibility mode).

As IE is the most popular browser, I really need to get this working. Can anyone shed light on why this is happening.
