WPCartoons Dropdown Menu

I have applied the wpCartoons theme to my website at www.birthdaymagicianbrent.com and for some reason the Main menu shows only first level links, but won't show dropdown menus. You can see the dropdowns in the source for the page, but they don't display.

How can I fix this?

As I can see the drop down menus are visible now ( see the screenshot - https://imgur.com/a/bOaAF ). Have you solved the problem?
