Would like to repeat background all the way down page

Hi
I set up the Traveller theme on a friend's blog located at http://ccnt.dezertdezinez.com

I have changed the background and have attempted to repeat the background in the css with no luck.

I would also like to know what size the background should be and how to get it so it will repeat down the page.
