Wordpress doesnt respond after update

Hi,

i have updated an old version of WordPress to a new version 3.8.1.
after i did this the site looked very different, i tried to change it but then i couldn't add media, couldn't edit in Text editor. allot of problems occurred and i cant fix them.

any idea how i can fix this problem?
