wordpress 3.5 - widget drag problem

I have a problem since I've installed wordpress update version 3.5

Since this update, I can not drag any widget anymore. When I change to the default widget twenty eleven, then it is possible again to drag widgets. As soon I change to the girlsbook theme, it does not work anymore. I've tried to deactivate my plug-ins under the girlsbook theme, but this did not solve the problem.

I'm planning to buy this theme, but the widgets should work without any problems as I still in process of making my setting preferences.
