Widgets on side bar not updating

I am working on this site http://dkk.dezertdezinez.com/blog and I am trying to add new item to widget "blogs I am on " yet nothing is updating after saving on back end is there a need to update the theme so I can do this .. I found another post and they are having the same problem .. Are the themes compatible to 3.7.1

Probably, this is caused by the work of your third-party plugins. Please, try to disable your plugins one by one to detect the problem.
