Why cant I use ButtonColumns and Highlight button in post editor

The files in \wordpress\wp-content\themes\architecture\inc\windows

have been changed as:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js?ver=3.4.1"></script>

but it doesn't work

Hey!
Sometimes turning off "Load Content Dynamically" on page Architecture --> Layout helps to solve some kind of problems..
