Why cant I customize my WomanClub WP theme when I have successfully installed it

Hi!

I would like to ask what do you think seems to be the problem when I tried customising the WomanClub theme uploading my organization's logo, favicon but when I hit the reset general options, this is what appears:

Not Found

The requested URL /wp-admin/admin.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


What do you think seems to be the problem?

Would appreciate your answer. I also reported this to my hosting company. I intend to use the theme for free does this affects the customize function of the theme.

Hi!
The only difference between free and paid version if the links in the footer. All the features should work properly. Could you check whether there is admin.php file inside the wp-admin folder on your server?
