When clicking page link no longer sliding down to bottom of page

So I uploaded the theme and purchased the activation key to remove the links. I must have changed the setting somewhere as at one time, when I would click the page link at the top (I am using menu option) it would slide down to the content for that page automatically. Now when I click on the page link at the top or even the menu link in the middle of the page, it automatically reloads and goes to the top of the page.

It would be nice if someone could guide me back on the right path to have my visitors be taken to the content section rather than the top every time.

Please,turn on "Load Content Dynamically" on the page Theme Settings --> Layout in the dashboard.
