Video Thumbnail in Onion Theme

Hi,

I want to enable thumbnails for videos etc in the main page and categories view in the Onion Theme.

Have tried using the plugin:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/video-thumbnails/

though this does not seem to function.


Any advice would be appreciated.
