vexed issue activation

Dear Sirs,

I have to say the activation is a farce.
1) I should specify FTP data to WP?!?! - Security risk
2) the activation does not work
3) On a support request on Wednesday has not yet been answered
4) The many problems with the activation does not cause the manufacturer to change these practices?

I ask for immediate solution!
