vertical scroll last post

i need to insert a vertical scroll of the last post

i try 2 plugin (vertical scroll last post and Scroll post excerpt)

They work, but only ig i insert in a widget...
i need to insert it in a page.
if i do this (using plugin Widgets on Pages), it couses a duplication of the page! see here: http://padpao71.altervista.org/?page_id=9

the same if i try with php code... can you help me? thanks!
