URGENT METROBLOG Lining up issues top menu square not inline with image slider

Dear Support team,

Many thanks for this great Metroblog theme it's looks amazing.

I would like to report an issue on my METROBLOG theme Homepage.

On the Homepage, the different coloured menu squares in the top menu are slightly out of line with the main image slider, which is situated directly below the top menu.

I would like to line up the main image slider so it is exactly inline with the six menu squares above.

Q1)Please would you be so kind as to advise me how can I fix this lining up issue in the CSS?

Q2)What is right code to insert to increase the size of top menu square blocks?

3) What is the right code to use to increase the slider size?
