update theme file

I just want to be sure to modify a good file.

I want to edit CSS.

My primary question is:
- Do you update Theme sometime?

My secondary question if first is "YES":
- Which file I can edit to modify CSS to preserve modification if theme is updated?

- Name: ForChildren
- Version: 2.4.2

Hi! Yes, we do updates. And you have 2 ways to keep your modifications:

1) use option "Custom CSS" on page ForChildren -> Integration of your dashboard. Just add needed CSS rules there.

2) create child theme to do all needed modifications. You can find more information here https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
