Up arrow problem in Carmag theme

The bottom (up arrow) to scroll the page up was not visible when scrolling down, so I changed the image and added custom css.

Now, the image appears all of the time and is cutting off part of the left side of the background image.

My site is located at - http://2002BMW.com.

Can you please suggest a code change to correct this problem?
