Unordered Bullets Not Displaying in Garage Theme

The unordered list with bullets appear in the Wordpress Page, however they do not display in the SMThemes Garage Theme when I view site.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I am having this same exact problem in the GameX theme. Seems to be a common problem in themes?

Any assistance would be grateful.
