Turn off responsive

First I like to say that this is a wonderful theme. Thank U for creating it.

I want to ask how to turn off responsive feature for this app ?
Because I cant view the slider in my mobile device, and the slider only show when I change to Landscape mode at my Ipad 2,
it would be nice if I could use pinch to zoom to see the whole site from my mobile device.
