Topphp problem

Hello everybody.

I have a problem. I use some of your themes on my blogs (MineFun for example but not only). On every blog I have the same problem. I would like to add google adsense advertisements (between category list and content of the page, right here http://i.imgur.com/fBL5g3I.png - slider is always off, if that can have any meaning in this case).

I am able to add the code to top.php in the theme category and the ad shows on the homepage and only there. When I enter any subpage or post it is no there. Could you tell me where to add the code so that the ad will always be visible under category list?
