Top Menu Will Not Disappear

The top menu on my theme will not go away. I am not sure when this occurred, as I haven't worked on my website for a while.

I updated my function.php from the latest theme to include the s+class (I replaced the entire file vs. making the code change) but that didn't help.

I rolled by my wordpress version to 4.8. that didn't help.

Any ideas on how to get my site to only show the main menu and not the top menu?
