Top Menu not horizontal

My Top menu is formatting the second and renaming links into a left sidebar "vertical" pushing the content down the page. It has never done this before. I am using WP Multi-site Version 4.8. https://saltwater-fishing-charters.com

I found solution on another post:

To fix this you need just to find two lines inside the functions.php file of the theme:

<ul\sclass

and replace them with:

<ul\s+class
