top menu and main menu on mobile or tablets

my personl blog site is www.devjoshiweb.com . i have installed your theme .
whenever i open my site on small device , top menu and main menu show up in white horizontal line with Go title . it looks strange . how to get both menu responsive in a menu bottom or something else
