Top Menu

I really like this theme and want to buy it! However, I have a problem with it. I don't want the top menu. In WordPress I just made it blank, this works fine on the pc. However on the mobile theme it's still there going nowhere. I can't figure out how to remove this menu. I looked at mobile css and it's set to display none. I don't want to do anything to change the actual template I just want to get rid of this menu.

I hope I can get some help here or I'm going to have to keep looking for a good theme.
