The plugin is not compatible with the theme Shutter Reloaded Options

plugin "Shutter Reloaded Options" window (which opens the picture on top of the site during the entire magnitude) with themes not working!!!( how to solve this problem? Is there another option? help) I'm from Russia, I'm sorry if the question is put not correctly. My site's very important to have such a feature!

The problem is solved! had to disable dynamic content!
