Is there an way to update this for JellyBean theme?

Hi!

If you want to update version of jquery you will have to edit the code in files:
jellyBean/inc/windows/buttons.php, jellyBean/inc/windows/columns.php and jellyBean/inc/windows/highlights.php, where jquery is called.
