Theme Stuck in Mobile View

Hi

I am inquiring about the layout change of a site I did last year using the Surrop theme. This theme was working great till today. The change I made to the website was adding the W3 Total Cache plugin to the website. Now it does not show the side bar in desktop view.

Please advise.

I forgot to add the website in question is http://aambcawards.com and I have the developers version of this theme.

Unfortunately, currently this plugin is not compatible with our themes.

Since that plugin is not compatible, can you recommend one that is? It is pertinent that I have this on my website.
