Theme plugin conflict

I have a plugin called "Visual Form Builder: Payments" that is apparently conflicting with this theme. If I change to a default theme the plugin works fine, when I use the FilmPlus theme it breaks. The plugin maker said it's a theme problem, so that's why I am here. I have no idea how to resolve this.

How do I determine if this theme is using the latest version of jQuery?
