theme functions stop working when activation code used

hi... this was fixed previously by downloading an updated theme, but the issue seems to have come back. in the theme TheGame, when you click on a button, the page scrolls down to the start of the text and the scroll window up icon on the bottom left when clicked, moves the page back to the top to show the slider... great... BUT, when you purchase the activation code and enter it successfully, the above 2 things stop working, ie, now when i click on a button, it goes to the relevant page but just stays at the top showing the slider, it does not automatically scroll down to the start of the text, neither does the scroll window up arrow work, but before activating they both worked?
