Theme Creating Duplicate References to Google Maps API

I just started using RetroPress, and I'm also trying to use "The Events Calendar" Plugin. When "The Events Calendar" is trying to show a Google Map through the API, it fails. Console says "You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors." When I switch to another Theme, the problem disappears.

Any way to figure out a way to have both the Theme and the Plugin to work together? I've checked through the Forum for the Plugin, and support dictates that this is on the Theme side. Any way I could get some guidance on how to resolve this?
