Theme Activation Failed

Dear SMThemes,

I purchased the theme (WpHotel) and then I tried to enter the code/activation key (16 digits activation key) after activation, and also I tried to remove the footer text so many times.

Whenever I did, I got the message that I have to purchase the theme. Which I failed to understand.

I have paid and activated the theme, although I get the message in theme activation area, but still I am unable to remove the footer links.

If this is the case then what is the point to purchase the theme ???

Have the same problem. Just purchased mine a few minutes ago. Have just contacted support and waiting for them to get back with a solution. Have you managed to fix your problem yet?

Can someone please post the solution to this issue, or something other than "Please contact us via support@smthemes.com to solve this." This response is getting very old.

I just purchased this also and have the same issue, it would be nice if there was a phone number to call. If someone does not fix this, I will back charge my card. I am so tired of buying things that don't work...
