Theme isn't working

Hi I installed the theme and it was working great. I started to customize it, not in the code but just the general stuff in WP and then the frame work went all weird.

What happened to my side bar, posts and everything, also I didn't take any footer out yet it is telling me to put back the text..

Help please!

I removed some of the share buttons and it put the theme back. It must have pushed the frame work. Thanks.
