theme does not work

I have tried this with wordpress 3.3.1 and version 3.4.1

I am currently running PHP Version 5.3.13

The theme does not show up in live preview mode, and when the theme is enabled only a white screen is present on every page, including the admin screens.

After enabling debugging these messages were received:

The theme folder has to be deleted to get back to the admin section.

I want to test this theme out in my application before I buy it, does the free version not work?

The free version of theme should works, but some host setting might cause the problems. Could you write here your hosting company? and URL of their website? Also, please, check that apache has persmission to read and run /wp-content/themes/wphotel/ and all subdirectories. And you can run php function phpinfo() and write here a value of "disable_functions" option.
