The Asterisk does not make me run the site

Hello can you help me please? I bought the hiphop theme, and when i put a link in a menù and i clickon i see always the address with asterisk, so when i click on my profile i can't update ( http://www.mydomain.com/#/configura-il-tuo-profilo/ ) instead without asterisk ( http://www.mydomain.com/configura-il-tuo-profilo/ )
i can update the profile, he works fine, can you tell me what i have to do please? And always my link go in parent frame what i have to do please to put if i whant a blank frame please?
