Tabs widget doesnt work

Hi.

I have downloaded theme "Travel" and tried to use tabs widget, but id does not work.

After I drug it on sidebar I see there is only Effect option and thats all, but I don't see how should I add widgets in tabs. It works on demo but It does not work for me. Please help me to figure it out.

To use this widget you have to add it to the sidebar/footer area. Then you have to add widgets to the "Tabs" on page Appearance --> Widgets in the Dashboard. "Tabs" are located on the right under Footer3.
