Swap Pages to Categories vise versa

Good day,

I bought the Theme Garage and was wondering if it is possible to swap the Pages links with the Categories links.

Basically I want the main menu bar on top of the slideshow banner to display links to my pages rather than my categories.

And the Categories can be listed where my Pages links are currently displayed

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I just made a new custom menu and set its location to main menu
