Sunnybeach issue uploading media in WP3.5

I can not upload images anymore since upgrade to WP3.5 I deactivated all my plugins, but that dis not helped. I switched to a different theme and all is working suddenly. So the issue is pointing to the Sunnybeach theme.

Need a fix to get this resolved. Thanks in advance

Thank, you. I added the code as suggested by user Janice and that worked.

However I have an other question. In the editor when adding a new post a smthemes toolbar shows up where you have several options. One of those options is to add different styles of columns. When I click the icon the 'column' window pops up with several different column options, but they are all 'greyed' out. So none of the columns can be used. Any suggestions ?
