Sub Menus

I have been trying to create a sub menu on my main menu. www.corpgaming.com.

I have tried creating a category with product as the parent and then creating another category as a child.

When I add the category with the child category to the main menu I do not get a nice sub menu but a separate menu item.

Also the link takes me to a category page.

1. How do you create sub menus
2. How do you make it a non category page when linked?

I searched the forum with no solution.
