Strange IE Behavior with menu

All of a sudden, my menu is having problems only with IE. Working fine in Chrome & Firefox.

WP 3.8.4 but wants to update to 3.9.2.

Click around on the menu in IE and you will see the issue:

Updated to the latest version of WP, didn't change anything.

Even changing Menu Effects (Standard, Sldie, Fade) doesn't help. Seems like even in Chrome, the slide effect, which I like a lot, no longer slides, but at least the links work.
