Hi, i received a email from @quasargaming.com about delete links to quasargaming.com from author footer on theme: esom-project.org. So I don't know- Can I do it? it is under license ok?

We have recently confirmed that an ex employee/contractor we hired to help promote our website quasargaming.com made use of a variety of questionable techniques to secure links to our website. These links were placed purely for SEO purposes, with the intention of manipulating search rankings. Naturally, Google discovered and condemned these links as well as their source of origin.
Unfortunately Google also confirmed that a number of these links originate from your site, with negative implications for both our sites – despite not being aware of this issue.
The presence of these links is harmful to our site's good standing with search engines. Retaining them is not an option as it harms both our reputation with the Google search engine.
We would ask that you please remove any links on your site that link to quasargaming.com. These are usually found at the footer or on the right sidebar of your wordpress theme in the credits section. If you cannot remove the links, we kindly ask you to change the theme since there are so many free themes online.
So far as we are aware, there are (or have been) links at these URLs: http://esom-project.org/cs/
We would greatly appreciate your help with resolving this problem. We will be made aware if you comply and we will report our update along with the status of this request to Google. Kindly appreciate that Quasar Limited is regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (EU) as a professional online casino, we therefore reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities of the result of this issue and if/how it was resolved.
