Something is wrong with these themes

Something is wrong with this file themes/clubmusic/inc/library.php i uploaded the activated theme its just showing a blank page and saying something is wrong with themes/clubmusic/inc/library.php i tryed uplading the free version and it wont work shows themes/clubmusic/inc/library.php line 19 this theme clubmusic is messed up
