Some functions do not work properly after theme activation

Hello,

The Theme Alium is working extremely nice as a freeware so I decided to buy it. But just after the theme activation via the generated code on the user members area here, some function are not working properly. By the way, the activation system tell me that the activation process was successfully.

For example : The Scroll Windows Up button at the left and side is not working. The scrolling system is not responding after the activation ! The embeded videos are not responding too.

And when I "deactivate" the activation code, all come back to the normal.

Please, gimme a patch that allow me to use that theme (Alium).
