Some problem with Photography theme

Hi. I use the Photography theme in my site http://www.allevamentoaustralianshepherd.it but i have a problem with contact form.

The first problem is the text color of the form that is white, so, nothing you can see. This happens with internet explore and firifox.

The second problem is the google maps image that don't appear with internet explorer. I read that I have to remove the string:

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

from inc/library.php

but in the inc/library.php i dont' have this string...

You need to remove strings

.feedback .input input, .feedback textarea {
color: #FFFFFF;
}

from the file style.css.

And as I can see google map is displayed on the contact page in IE.

But the google map sometime work and sometimes dosen't work with IE...
