SolidStructure Slider does not work

I cannot figure out how to get the slider to work. I chose the slider to show "pages“, but nothing is shown in the position for the slides show and it's all blank there.

I am using the theme with a plugin.

Please help. Thank you.

First of all check whether your pages have the featured images.
Secondly try to disable your plugin and check whether the theme works properly without this plugin or not.
