Social media icons

How do I add my own social media links? For instance, if some click on the Facebook like, then the like goes to my Facebook page?

You may add your custom social buttons on page Theme Settings --> Social buttons --> Edit --> Enter your code. But we can't help you to create this code. Contact Facebook developers to get code of this plugin if it exists.
