social buttons and SMThemes in footer

Just wondering if there was a way to configure the social buttons in the footer.

Also, is it possible to remove the "SMThemes
Smart free Wordpress themes on SMT Framework" text in the footer also?

Yes you need to drag this widgets in the footer 3 on the page Appearance->widgets in your dashboard, and configure them.
