Smartpress slider issue with IE and firefox

in IE and Firefox the slider on the home page does not load properly... if you refresh the page it loads, but on the initial visit it does not. This seems to have started just recently... I have purchased this template for two websites and it is happening in both... here is a link to one of them:

please let me know what I can do to get this working properly.

Now you have disabled slider and I can't find the issue. Could you turn it on?
