Slider wont work

Hi, im trying to configure the slider to make him work, but it wont. When i click on side arrows ,nothing happends, including sometimes throws me an web error 404.

Probably, this is caused by the work of your third-party plugins. Please, try to disable your plugins one by one to detect the problem.
