Single Post Title Error

hello,

i'm using wordpress 3.8.1
my titles are not displayed correctly.

Example:

Orginal Title: Sonic Bass - Black Pearl
But it shows: Sonic Bass – Black Pearl

and when i refresh this article the titel displayed correctly !


can any one tell me what is wrong ?
