Sign-Up Form on top of Photos in Slider

Can anyone suggest a method to have a nice large email sign up form in the top right hand corner of the home page - say form mailchimp? I want to build a email distribution list and want a very prominent sign up form.. another option is easier is to have it in the top menu area in place of or next to the search bar

Our theme doesn't provide this option from the admin panel. If you need to place some extra elements in header of your website you will have to insert the appropriate code to the header.php file of the theme. All changes such as change background, change font, or add new elements, etc you can do by yourself editing css and html at your own risk. We don't provide any services, paid or unpaid, for editing themes for individual users.
