Shortcodes inaccessible in page post

WpCartoons Theme Version 2.4.2

Hi,

I'm using wpcartoons theme for my site. I was trying to use "Columns" shortcode. On clicking the button it's opening a window titled "SMThemes" having a single line information "403 Access denied".

How can I use the shortcode? I also found that "Button" & "Highlight" shortcodes are also not working & generating same error message. Kindly help.

I don't have the same problem with that theme. Could you give us a screenshot of the issue, please?
