Could you give us the URL of your website? You have to change font. You need to use font that supports the letters and characters in your language.

Same problem here...I need it to be with Bulgarian letters. How can I change the font of the theme? Need more details because I'm new in WordPress.

First of all you have to change the size of your logo. It is too big ( 558px*312px ). You need to crop the image - there are lot of empty space. The most appropriate size is 340px*180px.
